There are plenty of pod systems that look good. A big battery, adjustable airflow, a screen, USB-C charging, you've probably seen the list before. What matters more is how those features actually fit into everyday use.

What Is the nexPOD 15K Pro?
The nexPOD 15K Pro is a rechargeable disposable pod system.
The device has a 1200mAh battery, a side display, adjustable airflow, USB Type-C fast charging, and two power modes.
There are two pod options:
· nexPOD 15K Prefilled Pod
· nexPOD 15K Refillable Pod
The Prefilled Pod is about convenience. Take it out, insert and vape.
The Refillable Pod is for users who want to choose their own e-liquid and nicotine.
The First Thing I Noticed: It Feels More Than a Vape
The device uses an aluminum alloy body, which changes the feel quite a bit compared with a typical disposable.
It has some weight, but doesn't feel heavy. The shape is compact enough to carry around.
This is actually quite important. If I’m going to use something throughout the day, I don't want it to feel flimsy or overly bulky. The aluminum shell gives the device a solid, premium feel, while the minimalist shape keeps it easy to carry.
It is incredibly simple and intuitive to use.

The Screen Is Practical
The upper part of the display uses four arrows to show the battery level, with each arrow representing 25%.

When you inhale, the display shows an animation and current power. Once you stop, it returns to the battery display.
The screen turns off automatically after three seconds of inactivity.
I like this design because it only provides important information.
The display also lights up when you insert or remove a pod. It's not a major feature, but it makes the device feel more responsive.
Adjustable Airflow Makes a Bigger Difference Than You Might Expect
The airflow control is on the side of the device. It's easy to overlook because it's a small control, but airflow can change how a pod feels quite a lot. A more restricted airflow gives you a tighter draw. Opening the airflow gives you a looser draw with more air.
What it does well is give you enough adjustment to find a comfortable draw instead of a fixed setting.
1200mAh Battery: More Important Than the Puff Count
The pod is rated for up to 15,000 puffs, but I think the 1200mAh battery is more relevant when you're deciding whether this is a practical everyday device.
The battery is large enough to make the Pro feel like a device you can rely on all day long without worrying about recharging.
Of course, actual battery life depends on your usage frequency and which power you're using. Higher power settings will naturally drain the battery faster.
When the battery runs low, the device supports fast charging. Under standard conditions, a full charge takes only about 30 minutes. For users who often forget to charge their device overnight, this is probably a highly useful feature.

· Open-Circuit Protection
If the resistance is above 3Ω or the circuit is broken, the screen displays E2 and flashes twice before stopping the output.
· Low-Voltage Protection
The low-voltage threshold is 3.4V ±0.1V before use, and 3.0V ±0.05V during use. When the battery voltage is too low, “Lo” flashes 10 times and the device stops output.

Two Power Modes, But They Work Differently With Different Pods
This is where the Pro Device becomes more interesting. It doesn't simply give you a low/high power switch. The available power levels are matched to the pod being used.
When using Prefilled Pod:
16W is the default setting. Switching to 12W gives you a softer output. If you're coming from disposables and don't really care about adjusting power, you can simply leave it at the default setting. But having the lower setting is useful if you find the standard output too strong.
When using Refillable Pod:
The Refillable Pod uses dual nexMESH coils, making it designed for a higher power range.
At the default 25W, it is more powerful and produces a cloudier vape.
At 20W, the experience is mellower and better suited for everyday use.
That is why I see the refillable pod as a different experience rather than a different way of adding e-liquid..

1. What are the dimensions of the kit, and is it portable?
The prefilled pod kit is 36 (L) x 24 (W) x 115 (H) mm, refillable pod kit is 36 (L) x 24 (W) x 110 (H) mm. The prefilled pod is shorter 5mm than the prefilled pod.
Both kits fit discreetly in your hand, pocket, or bag.
2. What is the difference between the nexPOD 15K Device and Pro Device?
The 15K Device is designed for a simple prefilled-pod experience.
The Pro Device adds wattage display, two power modes, and supports pods with lower resistance.
3. Is this product difficult to use?
Not at all. Compared to disposable vapes, the only extra step is to insert the pod. There is absolutely no learning curve, and it requires no daily maintenance.
4. What pods are currently available for the nexPOD 15K series?
Now we offer prefilled pod, open (refillable) pod, and closed 2+10ml pod.
5. Can the nexPOD 15K Prefilled Pod be refilled?
No. The Prefilled Pod is a disposable replacement.
6. Can the Refillable Pod be used with the nexPOD 15K Device?
Not recommended. The resistance of Refillable Pod is 0.5 Ω which falls outside the nexPOD 15K Device's supported resistance range. While this combination can vape, continuous inhalation may cause the device to pause operation. Furthermore, nexPOD 15K Device power is too low to deliver an optimal vaping experience.
7. Can the refillable pods refill e-liquid more than 30ml?
Based on our laboratory testing, we recommend using up to 30ml e-liquid to ensure the best flavor. Beyond 30ml, the flavor quality will gradually decrease, the coil won't burn immediately. Besides, the actual lifespan of the coil will vary depending on factors such as e-liquid type, viscosity, flavoring concentration, and nicotine content, etc.
